Bibevie is closing, and all items are now sold as part of a final clearance. The information below explains how returns and refunds work during this period.
We will always honour our legal obligations to our customers.

Your statutory rights


Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights under UK consumer law.
Faulty or incorrect items
If an item you receive is:

  • Faulty
  • Not as described
  • Not of satisfactory quality

You are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Please contact us as soon as possible if there is a problem with your order so we can resolve it quickly.

 

Online orders – change of mind


Because our products are sold online, you have the right to change your mind.

You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, even if there is nothing wrong with them.
You then have a further 14 days to return the items to us.
We will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned items.

Refunds will include:

The price paid for the items
The cost of standard outward delivery

Return postage costs for change‑of‑mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Items must be returned:

Unworn
Unused
In their original condition and packaging


After the 14‑day cancellation period
As this is a closing‑down sale:

We do not accept returns for change of mind after the 14‑day cancellation period has passed.
All sales are final after this point, except where items are faulty or not as described.


Clearance items


All items are sold at reduced prices as part of a final clearance.

Clearance pricing does not affect your rights if an item is faulty or incorrect.
