Help shape the future of sustainable babywear

Bibevie is on a mission to make life easier for parents – and better for the planet – through smart, stylish, and sustainable babywear. Our flagship product is a range of soft, bamboo dungarees with attachable bibs – designed to reduce outfit changes, mess, and waste. We launched successfully in 2020, and we’re now looking for the right person to help grow Bibevie into a brand loved by families across the UK.

We have big ambitions: new designs, wider product ranges, and developing new partnerships with retailers. Now, we’re looking for a driven, entrepreneurial Co-Founder to join the journey.

The Role

We’re offering a co-founder position with an equity share – this is not a salaried role at present, but one for someone excited by the opportunity to build and grow something meaningful from the ground up. You’ll be joining early enough to shape the business, while coming into a brand with an existing product and customer base.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Marketing experience – You know how to build brand awareness, engage audiences, and turn interest into action. You’re confident across digital channels, content, and campaign strategy.
  • Sales experience – Ideally with a background in e-commerce. You understand online retail, customer journeys, and how to drive conversions and repeat purchases.
  • Local to Northamptonshire – Being close by is important so we can collaborate in person when needed.
  • Time & Commitment – You have the capacity to dedicate regular time to the business and the energy to help scale it, knowing that rewards will come as the company grows. We’re happy to work flexibly around children, work or other commitments.
  • Shared values – You care about sustainability, ethical production, and making a positive impact through business.

Bibevie is more than just babywear – we’re here to support families with innovative products that overcome challenges, whilst championing sustainable choices. Our goal is to expand into a full product range and establish partnerships with wholesalers and high street retailers. We’re building something long-term, with purpose at its heart.
